We live in this world full of uncertainties most of which we have little or no control over, our Safety does not have to be one of those uncertainties if we work together and follow the rules. “SAFETY” is one of the PRIME MOVER for an Organization in order to promote the wellness of both the Employees and Employers.

Safety Training, Practicing safety, ensuring the workplace is safe is a good way for an organization to show that they care for the people who work there which indirectly increases positive workflow and increases morale. Safety is that factor which drives a person towards a positive way of looking towards a workplace, which motivates one to work for benefits, it shows a pure dedication for “OUR” Organization.

An organization should always keep its bar high when it comes to safety, which keeps the standards of an organization to a height and produces a perfect environment for the employees to work. If a person faces unsafe, threatened, and non-organic environments to work in- their enthusiasm collapses, they find excuses not to be at work, or else just look at their workplace as a “9 to 5 JOB” which is to be completed somehow.

Why is safety important in the workplace?

Safety is important in the workplace so as to protect their biggest asset, which are the people who are employed. They need to be safe from injury and death in the workplace. Injury and death often end up having an effect on the co company's financials, therefore protect the people to protect the company from suffering financial losses. The quality of the workplace automatically increases, when the company takes care of the safety of the employees. Sales immediately increase when the company gives a safe environment to employees, which enables them to perform better.

Safety is indirectly proportional to the Brand Value and Goodwill of the organization without which there might be a spread of negative word of mouth and affect our current working employees and our to-be employees too and as a consequence organization gets a Negative Identity.

At last, it’s all about how we all as a team mutually benefit each other in an organization to be on the right path.

Though it’s not always for yourself the way you behave towards your Subordinates, Superior and Your Colleagues and how healthy you make your surroundings to live in. OWN SAFETY And OWE SAFETY!! When it comes to Hazardous area, equipment’s, tools, solvents and etc.. It is very much essential to keep denoting of the CAUTIONS, WARNINGS, NOTES, SIGN-BOARDS with regards to safety of the person operating the particular area, which assures the safety and avoids any Injuries, Severe damage, and Death of the personnel.

A Happy Employee is somehow the co-related result of how an employee is Respected and Treated at his workplace. If such words “Workplace” ”Monday Morning” “Meeting with Boss” gives an employee sickness and negative vibes, then surely the Workplace is not a Healthy Environment to work at.
