When you visualize your dream in your mind over and over again for a brief amount of time, you start to train your brain to achieve that goal and look for resources and opportunities which are there outside, but you did not recognize it before.

Visualizing your dream over and over again creates a structural tension in your brain, and also it releases energy in your body and through the law of attraction you try to get all the people, resources and opportunities to achieve that goal.

So the question is how do we visualize our dream and when to visualize?

The best way to visualize your goals is first to write it down in a sheet (it may be in the form of pictures or video). of what you wish to accomplish.
